Where are you located?

Our shop is at 1803 East Avenue. We're tucked in the corner next to Wong's Kitchen — you have to go through the door to the tailor to get to us. Look for our neon sign.

What are your hours?

We post our hours on our Instagram and our Google business page. They'll be a little funky for the first month or so, then we'll get more regular.

Why are you only open two days a week?

Right now our entire kitchen operation is one person, who also does a lot of other things for the business. Two days a week is all he can keep up with production for. Once we get bigger machinery we'll expand and be open more often.

What flavors do you have?

Our flavors are posted on our Instagram. They rotate monthly, and availability depends on whether we sell out for the day.

Do you have non-dairy ice cream?

Yes! Half the menu is vegan and we try to have something for everyone (gluten, nut, and soy allergies, etc.). Our standard vegan base is oat milk, but we also use coconut or rice milk depending on the flavor.

So this is a pretty small operation, huh?

Yeah. We started in our house with a hand-crank machine and have been growing slow & steady ever since. This is not a franchise, it's not backed by venture capital. It's a guy and his girlfriend trying to build something everyone can enjoy and be proud of.

Do you make custom flavors or ice cream cakes?

Custom flavor ordering is very limited or not available until we get our feet under us with the shop. No ice cream cakes currently, no.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do. You can buy a digital gift card online and we'll email it right over — spend it in person at the shop on whatever we're churning that month. Grab one from our Gift Cards page.

Where can I get vegan ice cream in Rochester?

Right here at 1803 East Avenue. Half our menu is vegan, every single time — not a token flavor tucked in the corner. Our go-to vegan base is oat milk, though we'll reach for coconut or rice milk depending on what the flavor needs.

Do you have gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?

We try hard to keep something around for gluten, nut, and soy allergies — we think about it when we build the menu, not after. We're a one-person kitchen though, so if your allergy is serious, message us on Instagram before you come and we'll tell you exactly what's safe that day.

Can I order online or get delivery?

Ice cream is in person only — we like handing you the cone ourselves, and we don't deliver. Merch and gift cards you can buy online any time; merch is picked up at the shop or the kart, or shipped if we've got shipping switched on. Ordering scoops ahead is still on the list for winter.

Do you sell shirts or merch?

We do — head to the shop page. Whatever's made it out of the "wouldn't that be funny" stage is up there. You buy it online and grab it at 1803 East Avenue, or from the kart when we're out. If we're shipping at the moment you'll see the option at checkout, flat rate, no drama.

Do you do pop-ups, events, or catering?

We get around Rochester — pop-ups and collabs with local makers are kind of our whole thing. Watch our Instagram and the Upcoming section on the site for where we'll be next. For an event or something custom, send us a note on the contact page and we'll see what we can do.
