Our story
Howdy, I'm Travis.
I started making ice cream with a hand-crank machine because I wanted flavors that I couldn't find in store or around town. I gave some to my friends who gave some to their friends and soon I had random people texting me for ice cream. We then started selling pints out of the front door of our house, but that wasn't exactly "up-to-code," so we found a commercial kitchen space and started producing out of there. In 2023, I built an ice cream cart that I could pull with my bicycle and started doing pop ups around town with the support of other small businesses who believed in us and what we were trying to do. In the summer of 2024, I officially left my job as a high school math teacher to make ice cream full time.
Since then, we've been growing slow and steady, upgrading our machinery when we can to match demand. In the spring of 2026, we officially opened our (first) brick-and-mortar. The cart has taken somewhat of a backseat, for now, while we focus on providing the best experience possible at our shop. In the future, we hope to be open more than two days per week, be out in the community with the cart more, and offer more products to enjoy.
